Booking Procedures
- • Fill out and submit the booking form.
- • Our team will reach out within 24 hours to discuss details and confirm availability.
- • Once confirmed, we will provide you with the rental and payment information.
- • Next, sign the booking confirmation order and complete the payment to confirm your booking.
Terms & Conditions
- • The extension of the rental period will be at the rate of RM50 per hour.
- • A security deposit of RM2500 is to be collected before the start of the event.
- • The property owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses or any liability that may occur while on the premises or facilities.
- • The tenant agrees to remove and properly dispose of all food, trash and garbage brought into the facility unless they receive prior authorization.
- • Third-party vendors must be pre-approved by management of Ruang Rama.
- • The tenant must adhere to the venue's safety and operational guidelines at all times.
